That's why joining the Tribe is a true commitment ... to you ... your business ... and your fellowship with other members. This is not a social or networking event or monthly checkup. We do real work.
Your leader and other members invest their time to know you and your business. If you can't provide the same in return, if you can't make the Tribe a priority, then we are not for you. You don't just fail yourself, you fail the rest of the group. We are all here to succeed!
Work. The Tribe is a structured program that demands planning, execution and follow through. Successful members take advantage of all our services, including documenting your objectives, commitments, and needs, meeting business commitments that you made with the group, and supporting other members who need help.
Meetings. Meetings will be at regularly scheduled times so you can put them on your calendar and make sure you're available. We expect you to make most, if not all, weekly meetings. But we also know emergencies and travel are a fact of life. You should attend at least two meetings a month to maintain your group relationships and get the most out of your membership.
Phone consultations. What do you do when a can't-miss appointment prevents you from being at a Tribe meeting? We still need to keep you on track and enable you to maintain your momentum. Accountability doesn't work part-time or on demand. The solution is a phone consultation. You don't get the group experience. But you do get one-on-one time to examine your objectives, review past results, and discuss trouble areas.
