Action plan. We work with company management and conduct research with staff to develop a project plan that encompasses work scope, timeline, goals and objectives, organizational commitment, resources, and enterprise sharing.
Collaboration. Regular company group meetings in person, via telephone, and/or web conference are a cornerstone of the Tribe. The meetings review individual results, assess group progress, establish commitments, and facilitate interpersonal communications and work. Our structured format ensures the time invested is efficient and productive for all partes.
Coaching. Tribe leaders identify individual staff and managers who need additional business, professional, or personal help. We work with corporate management and HR and provide direct coaching to ensure team members are informed, motivated, and performing.
Consulting. Tribe leaders and other staff can provide direct guidance as needed to support group work in a variety of areas, such as strategy, marketing, sales, technology, finance, recruiting, and social media.
