| Welcome! DallasBlue was started in June 2002 after the demise of DFW TechBiz, which had been published by The Dallas Business Journa. There was no central place to go to get local technology business and funding news. I created DallasBlue as a community newsletter to share what's new and interesting in technology, on the Internet, and in the media.
Our business of serving local business hasn't changed. What have are the delivery vehicles and our scope. In 2005 we started local events. In 2006 we added our online presence through LinkedIn with a LinkedIn group and seminars in Dallas and via phone and Internet. In 2007 we extended our LinkedIn resources with the MyLink Family of services, including MyLink500, MyLinkGroups, MyLinkWiki, and the LinkedIn Live:Who's Your Daddy show.
Today we connect DFW and the world with our local events and online global services. We offer a broad array of services for networkers, entrepreneurs, executives, small business owners, and professionals, with over 20,000 readers and members.
